Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Handful Blueberries

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine two eggs and cottage cheese.
  2. Add your favorite seasoning. I've added Oregano, Black pepper, Red Chili Flakes, and Cayenne Pepper.
  3. Start Whisking until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a hot pan sprayed with avocado oil.
  5. Cook until you achieve a scrambled consistency. If you prefer firmer scrambled eggs, cook them for a bit longer.
  6. Once cooked, plate the scrambled eggs.
  7. In the same pan sprayed with avocado oil, quickly cook some spinach for a few seconds, then plate it alongside the eggs.
  8. Complete the plate by adding a handful of blueberries and sprinkling some hemp seeds.
  9. Now, it's time to enjoy your delicious creation!
