  • 225 grams Chickpea Rotini (20g Protein)
  • 1 cup Rao's Homemade Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (28g Protein)
  • 1/2 cup Parmiggiano Reggiano
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Pasta Water
  • 1 tsp Red chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add salt and oil, and bring it to a vigorous/rolling boil.
  • Then carefully add the pasta and reduce to a simmer.
  • Allow it to cook for approximately 8 to 10 minutes (expect foam) by stirring frequently.
  • Once cooked to the desired firmness, drain the pasta in a colander and give it a quick rinse with water.
  • Next place the remaining ingredients (marinara sauce, cottage cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, butter, pasta water, red chili flakes, and parsley) into the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth paste-like consistency.
  • Finally, combine the blended sauce with the cooked pasta, ensuring that every strand is coated in the delicious mixture. Now, it's time to sit back, relax, and savor the delightful flavors of your creation. Enjoy your meal!
