Start Whisking until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Pour the mixture into a hot pan sprayed with avocado oil.
Cook until you achieve a scrambled consistency. If you prefer firmer scrambled eggs, cook them for a bit longer.
Once cooked, plate the scrambled eggs.
In the same pan sprayed with avocado oil, quickly cook some spinach for a few seconds, then plate it alongside the eggs.
Complete the plate by adding a handful of blueberries and sprinkling some hemp seeds.
