Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Handful Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine two eggs and cottage cheese.
  • Add your favorite seasoning. I've added Oregano, Black pepper, Red Chili Flakes, and Cayenne Pepper.
  • Start Whisking until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a hot pan sprayed with avocado oil.
  • Cook until you achieve a scrambled consistency. If you prefer firmer scrambled eggs, cook them for a bit longer.
  • Once cooked, plate the scrambled eggs.
  • In the same pan sprayed with avocado oil, quickly cook some spinach for a few seconds, then plate it alongside the eggs.
  • Complete the plate by adding a handful of blueberries and sprinkling some hemp seeds.
  • Now, it's time to enjoy your delicious creation!
