Double Ka Meetha Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Bread Slices Milk or Sandwich Bread
  • 3 tbsp Homemade Ghee
  • 10 Cashew nuts
  • 10 Raisins
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Method
 

  1. ?‍? Cut each Bread slice into small chunks
  2. ?‍? Add Ghee and heat it to frying
  3. ?‍? Fry the bread pieces in batches
  4. ?‍? Fry the bread pieces till Golden brown
  5. ?‍? Now, fry the Cashew nuts and Raisins till golden and remove, set aside
  6. ?‍? To prepare Sugar syrup, add a cup each of Sugar and Water. Cook on low heat for 7 to 9 mins
  7. ?‍? Then to the sugar syrup, add the fried bread pieces and let them soak in the syrup
  8. ?‍? Next, add a cup of Milk, Cardamom powder, and finally roasted cashew nuts and raisins
  9. ?‍? Mash the mix gently and Serve hot!
