- 2 cups Pitted Dates
- 2 cups Pecans
- 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- A Pinch Salt
- 2 scoops Collagen Powder
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Coconut Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Soak the Pitted Dates in Water for 10 to 15 minutes
Later, cut them into chunks
Now, to a food processor or blender add Pecans and begin by grinding nuts into a fine powder
Next, incorporate the date chunks into the finely ground nut powder along with the other ingredients mentioned-above
Pulse until the mixture forms a sticky uniform dough
Then take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls
Roll the Chocolate Date Balls in shredded Coconut for added nutritional benefits
Placed the formed balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up
