Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Pitted Dates
  • 2 cups Pecans
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • A Pinch Salt
  • 2 scoops Collagen Powder
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions
 

  • Soak the Pitted Dates in Water for 10 to 15 minutes
  • Later, cut them into chunks
  • Now, to a food processor or blender add Pecans and begin by grinding nuts into a fine powder
  • Next, incorporate the date chunks into the finely ground nut powder along with the other ingredients mentioned-above
  • Pulse until the mixture forms a sticky uniform dough
  • Then take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls
  • Roll the Chocolate Date Balls in shredded Coconut for added nutritional benefits
  • Placed the formed balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up
  • Now, have a bite!
