All the recipes state not to forget to dilute with carrier oil. Is that as well as your recipe or do you use the recipe as stated? If you have to dilute -how much do you dilute? Bit confusing!

I have mixed Frankincense into my moisturizer (10 to 12 drops in 2.5 ounces) and stir in very well. Is this a safe combination?

Frankincense oil is used in skin care products because it’s known to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, age spots, scars, and stretch marks. However, some people might experience skin irritation or an allergic reaction. So, if it’s good with your skin, it’s a safe combination.

I have been battling with sebhorric dermatitis this past year, are essential oils like these safe to use or will they aggravate the condition?

    1. divya paladugu March 9, 2021 at 8:10 pm

Yeah, the Tea tree has been studied to cure several skin conditions because of its antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. Along with that, you must be eating healthy food such as fruits and vegetables, vitamin c enriched foods, etc.

However, if you’re skin condition is mild to extreme (seborrheic dermatitis) then immediately talk to your dermatologist.
