You can try Chinese traditional medicine in order to combat spleen deficiency. The Chinese traditional medicines include Sweet potato, Chestnuts, Red dates, Yam, and Barley. You can either grind these ingredients into a powder and mix with water or simply you can blend them with the meals.

The symptoms you would diagnose along with these eyebags are Ulcers, Sore muscles, Weak legs, Frequent urination, and a Swollen tongue with a white layer on top. Green bruise like eyebags accompanied by these symptoms indicates you to take utmost care of your kidneys.

Kidneys play a predominant role in cleansing the blood. So, the consumption of antioxidants enriched foods like goji berries helps you to combat such eye bags.

 

 

3. Temporary Eye bags

These temporary eyebags will commonly occur due to excess crying or bloating. The appearance of these eye bags is usually swollen and puffy. You will identify sagging eyelids and tightened skin around the eyes. Temporary eye bags will disappear after a couple of hours. Sometimes, you will also observe black shadows underneath your eyes.
