How To Use Healthsense Fit days BS 171 Smart Bluetooth Weighing Machine

Turn on the power button below the weight machine to use it for the first use. The Next time it will automatically turn on when you stand on the weight machine with or without a mobile. You should stand with your mobile to save the data on your mobile which is useful to increase or decrease many problems in your body.  You can also change the units such as lbs and kg. Now download the fit day’s app and turn on Bluetooth.

When you don’t turn on Bluetooth and switch on the app it will show you a warning to turn it on with allowing and deny options, and you should select allow to turn Bluetooth on, or before opening the app also you can turn on Bluetooth. It can store and track data of about 24 users. The machine can give a complete analysis for users who want to measure their weight correctly. A single weight machine can give you more benefits.

You will have a strong surface with toughened glass and high precision magnetic sensors. 1. Baby Mode

This mode allows you to check the weight of your baby by weighing yourself and carrying the baby in your hands. Before using the baby mode you have to create a profile for your baby in the fit day app. Now enter the height, weight, and age of your baby and weigh yourself while holding the baby in your arms. This mode is also suitable for pets.

2. Set Your Goal

The fit day app can set and adjust your goals according to the data which you enter there. This mode is useful to maintain the target weight fastly and accurately. Goals can be achieved very easily through your targets to maintain the correct weight. You can also update your goals on the fit day’s app by clicking on the settings

3. Athlete Mode

The Athlete mode should be used when a person tries to do exercises more than 8 hours a week and who will have a resting heart below 60 bpm should use this athlete mode. Other than athlete mode is the standard mode which is used to measure the normal weight for people who will work out less than 8 hours a week should use the standard mode.

1. Body Weight

The first and foremost element is the weight of your body. In the fit day app, there will be four elements in the bodyweight section to identify that your weight is good or bad. After you get the weight in the fit day’s app, the weight of your body can give you the minimum value as thin if it is less than 49.15 kg, if it is standard it can give you the minimum value is 49.15 and above, if it is high it can give you the result as your weight is higher than you should be as 66.42, if it is exceeded it can tell you that it is obesity or exceeded normal weight as 79.71.

2. Body Mass Index(BMI)

Body Mass Index(BMI) is a measurement of a person that uses your height and weight to give you an accurate value. BMI will be measured in four stages normally. According to your age, BMI can be calculated. BMI below 18.5 means underweight, BMI from 18.5 to 24.9 is a normal or healthy weight, BMI from 25.0 to 29.9 means overweight, BMI 30.0, and above means obesity. A high BMI can indicate obesity.

3. Body Fat Rate

Your body fat rate is the amount of fat that you have in your body. As shown in the image the body fat can be divided into four elements. Low body fat means you need some amount of fat that is lesser, standard body fat means the fat in the body is good, high or exceeded body fat means you have more than the needed body fat in your body.

4. Fat-free Body Weight

Fat-free bodyweight means a healthy body fat percentage. It can be from 10 to 22 % for men and 20 to 32 % for women.

5. Subcutaneous Fat Percentage

It is the fat that lies between the skin and facial layer.

6. Visceral Fat

Visceral fat is the waste fat that lies around the body parts inside the body. It is the most dangerous fat when compared to other kinds of fat. Mostly Visceral fat lies under your belly. This kind of waste fat causes heart diseases.

7. Body Water Percentage

Your body requires more amount of water in a day. For women normal, a range for women should be from 45.0% to 60.0%. For men, body water should be from 50.0% to 65.0%.

8. Skeletal Muscle Rate

9. Muscle Mass

12. Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR)

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the minimum number of calories that you burn at rest. It directly measures the metabolic energy in the human body. BMR is mostly related to human body weight. As my BMR is low, I have to improve it by doing physical workouts and consuming more energy.

13. Ideal Body Age

Ideal body age is a measurement made up of different components including your heart rate, waist circumference, fitness routine, and more. It should be equal to your actual age. Especially with the right lifestyle changes, you can even have a younger age than your actual age.
