1. Gargle with Mouthwash

Gargling with mouthwash will let the toxins and impurities in the mouth go. If you don’t let the toxins go away, they can be the sole reason for the mouth ulcers to sprout up. So, swish thoroughly for a while though it’s painful.  As a consequence, your mouth will be much cleaner and you feel much better from the pain.

Gargle every 3-4 hrs a day.

 

2. Apply Honey

Using an ear bud, dab honey onto the affected area. This action will soothe the ulcer by reducing swelling and irritation. Also, add Turmeric to honey to speed up the healing process of the mouth ulcer.

Reapply this mixture of honey every few hours.

 

3. Gargle with Baking Soda

To some quantity of baking soda add water and blend thoroughly till it turns to a paste. Now, apply this mixture to the mouth ulcer and leave it on for few minutes till it dries. Finally, rinse your mouth while gargling.

Do this twice a day. Like mouthwash baking soda also improves the hygiene levels of mouth and is the best home remedy to get rid of mouth sores.

 

4. Rinse with Saltwater

Stir the water with salt and start gargling the solution. Gargle for a while and then spit it off. Doing so will cleanse of the bacteria and leaves the mouth fresh.

9. Coriander drink

In a cup of water solution, add a handful of coriander leaves and boil them for about 5mins. Then strain the solution. The hot boiled water is a perfect antidote to cure mouth ulcers. Either drink with few slices of lemon or just gargle the water.

10. Honey & Milk paste

Blend a tsp of Honey with half a cup of milk and apply the solution to the affected area. This solution soothes the mouth ulcers.
